EMAIL REFRESH.
Challenge: Update the messaging and design for butterLONDON emails to increase sales and click rates.
Solution: I worked with the butterLONDON brand manager to develop a new messaging strategy for emails that was more concise and attention grabbing. I updated the visuals of the emails to be more visually appealing by incorporating colors/patterns from the product packaging, model/application images and before and after images to give the emails more visual appeal.
Results: The new email designs have resulted in an overall increase in interaction. Click rates have increased by 10% and sales have increased by 6.8% .

In order to help guide designers and copywriters for future email requests, I created email guidelines that include break downs of each type of email the brand sends with general guidelines on messaging and imagery. These guidelines are meant to be help guide the creative team to keep emails on brand while allowing them to have creative freedom in the overall design of the email.
