BUTTERLONDON AMAZON PAGES.
Challenge: Update the butterLondon amazon pages for the top-selling products to be A+ content pages to help drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Solution: The creative strategy was multi-fold. First, I did research on competitive brands to see how they utilized amazon premium content. Then, I worked with the digital design team to create a template for the pages that would allow the product information to come to life, while also being functional as mobile and desktop views. Once the template was finalized I worked with the photographer to shoot imagery with consistent lighting and set ups to feature the products in a clean and appealing way.
Results: There has been an increase in amazon sales and customer engagement since the launch of the premium content pages.
PDP IMAGE TEMPLATES
New design template for all product PDP images. The templates were created to be more graphic and attention grabbing. All products had new PDP content created to follow the below templates.
ART DIRECTION + PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
Template creation for color and nail products. The new Amazon pages needed to feature before and afters, product benefits/key features, customer reviews, key ingredients and product video. I directed the digital designer on the template layout, colors and fonts. I communicated with the brand team and copywriter to ensure we had the copy and key callouts for each product. I delegated product page requests and created doable deadlines for the design team to ensure all assets were delivered on time to the brand team.
